GrowFast Advisory provides assessment, advisory, evidence-review, and execution-support services concerning enterprise value transferability, operating continuity, leadership and workflow dependency, and related business-transition risks. The scope, deliverables, timing, fees, confidentiality terms, and responsibilities for paid work are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Accounts and Private Workspaces

If you receive access to a private GrowFast workspace, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not share access outside the authorized engagement team or attempt to view information belonging to another client or user.

Client Information and Confidentiality

Confidentiality and handling of client evidence are governed by the applicable engagement agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other written terms. Website submissions should include only information you are authorized to provide.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GrowFast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
