Kim Wiley

Kim Wiley is a healthcare technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, operational technology initiatives, governance, and innovation within complex healthcare organizations. Most recently, Kim served as Head of Digital Health at Hanger, Inc., the nation's largest provider of orthotic and prosthetic care, serving more than 1.2 million patients annually through a network of over 900 clinics across the United States. During her tenure, she led the implementation of a portfolio of generative AI solutions that successfully progressed from concept to production deployment and measurable business value, including a custom ambient clinical documentation platform supporting more than 1,700 clinicians. In addition to her digital health and AI leadership experience, Kim brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, technology governance, risk management, and compliance. At Hanger, she partnered closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead continuous IT General Controls (ITGC) improvement initiatives designed to strengthen the organization's security posture. She also served on the Enterprise Security and Compliance Council, contributing to enterprise-wide governance and risk oversight efforts. Kim advises organizations on the practical adoption of emerging technologies, operational transformation, AI implementation, governance, and value creation strategies.
