- Revenue and margin by account, with the intended exit multiple.
- Who owns each key account, who runs each critical process and what is documented.
- AI-enabled workflows, their operators and documentation, plus the org chart and key roles.

What comes out
The Proof Pack: EBITDA at risk, Transfer Value at risk, two separate scores, the supporting findings and the fix list in order. Stephen validates the assessment before final results reach you, then walks through it in a readout conversation.
Delivery is ten business days from accepted complete intake and confirmed payment, whichever is later. Weekends and observed US federal holidays are excluded.
After the Assessment
Plan and Runway covers the fixes, sequencing, playbooks and reassessment. Scope and price come from the findings.
The Lift is a share of Transfer Value created at close, with a retainer. Terms are agreed for the engagement.
